Roadmap Overview
Akkadia is built for long-term operation, not a quick launch. The goal is to validate, expand, and operate a persistent on-chain world step by step. This page is a compact hub that summarizes the roadmap and links to detailed Stage/Phase specs.
Current Status (Feb 2026)
Pre-Alpha / Internal Validation
Akkadia is currently in Stage 1 — Validation, specifically Phase 1.1 (Internal Validation). We are focusing on core stability: world creation, persistence (save/load), block & contract flows, and end-to-end client/server/on-chain integration.

Quick Pointers
- Stage 1 is not about “showing features.” It is about exposing problems and fixing them.
- Stage 2 validates whether user-driven on-chain interaction can scale on the official Testnet.
- Stage 3 is not just “launch.” It is the start of operations, and AMT becomes relevant as an operational token.
